I'm Traci - and I've walked in those shoes of yours, feeling the ever-present tiredness and the stress of wondering, "will I ever be healthy again?". 

In 2018 I realized that the regular medical model couldn't help me and that I needed to take matters into my own hands. 

What I wanted was to have exciting, consistent energy so that I could get back to doing the things I loved, which included travel and spending time in nature.

But I had no idea how. Then one day, I stumbled across an article about "functional medicine" and how it could help chronic health problems. 

I ended up jumping into the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition practitioner training program and through the process of running functional labs on myself and then implementing the relevant protocols, I was finally able to turn my health around. 

I was so thankful for my results that I decided to develop a program specifically for people who want to get back to living a fun- amazing life. 

Today, I run a thriving functional wellness coaching practice that helps women leave behind that soul-crushing tiredness and other chronic health issues and get back to hitting their targets in all areas of their life.
