We will be talking about functional medicine approaches to supporting your health, with an emphasis on inflammation management. Functional medicine doesn't treat any disorder specifically but provides a general blueprint to support health so your whole body can shine. In this series we will be talking about the components of gut health, sleep, and stress management as part of a health care plan to get your health back on track.
